Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders placed Monday-Thursday are typically processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday).

Shipping Times: Once your order ships, delivery times vary based on your location:

Domestic (US):

  • Arizona & neighboring states: 2-4 business days
  • Western US: 3-5 business days
  • Central US: 4-6 business days
  • Eastern US: 5-7 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7-10 business days

International:

  • Canada: 7-14 business days
  • Other countries: 10-21 business days

Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time (listed above)

Shipping Carriers: We ship via USPS

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this to monitor your delivery progress.

Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order total.

International Orders: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

We want your laces to arrive safely. Once your package ships, delivery is handled by the carrier. We provide tracking so you can monitor your order's progress.

Please note: Our standard USPS shipping does not include insurance or loss protection. If your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed in transit, we cannot be held responsible without shipping protection.

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it's delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@theoriginalstretchlace.com and we'll do our best to help - however, we are not liable for carrier issues unless you purchased shipping protection.

Protect your order: Add shipping protection for just $1 at checkout. If anything happens to your package during transit - lost, stolen, or damaged - we'll replace it or refund you.
