We offer a 14-day return or exchange window from the date of delivery.
Returns:
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- 50% restocking fee applies to items not in original condition
- Customer covers return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges:
- Customer covers shipping both ways
- Exchange items must be in original condition

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and include the item cost minus:
- Original shipping fees (non-refundable)
- 50% restocking fee (if item is not in original condition)
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
