Shoelace Size by Shoe Brand

Not sure what size of laces to buy? We have 3 different ways to help.

MEASURE YOUR LACES

For most accurate sizing we recommend removing one stock shoelace from your shoe, measuring it flat, and then finding a Stretchlace length that matches.

*We also recommend leaving one shoe laced up with the original shoelace so that you can use it as pattern guide for your new Stretchlace.

WHAT IF YOU ARE IN-BETWEEN SIZES?

For example, you remove your shoelace and it’s 37” and we only offer a 35” or 40”.

THERE ARE 4 FACTORS TO CONSIDER

1
When your current shoelace is tied, how does it look?
Does the knot and bow feel short? Size up.

Does it skim the ground when you walk? Size down.
2
What is the width and height of your foot?
Is your foot wider, do you have a high instep? Then you may want to size up.

Is your foot narrow? Then you may want to size down.
3
How active will you be in the shoe?
Most adults do well with a single knot, but most children find a double knot to be useful. If you intend to use a double knot, size up.
4
Does your current lace fit just right?
We recommend sizing down.

TROUBLE REMOVE YOUR EXISTING SHOELACES?

USE OUR EYELET SIZE GUIDE

If you’re unable to remove your existing shoelace our β€œEyelet Size Guide” can serve as a rough estimate.
An eyelet is the hole found on on the shoe that’s used to thread the lace. Count the number of eyelets on your shoe.
Important: Eyelets on shoes are counted in pairs, so only count the number of eyelets on one side of the shoe.
Note your foot size: Is it wider, more narrow, or have a high instep? Take these factors into account and size accordingly.
If you are in between sizes, we recommend sizing down.
